Looking to lease.. what kind of pricing should i expect?

Hello Everyone,

I'm looking to lease an 2011 M3 coupe. I wanted to see what kind of monthly payment as well as down payments I will be putting down. I'm also in Southern California.. I wanted to see if anyone has any recommendations for which dealership and sales person to speak with. Thanks.

The convertible actually has lower payment than the coupe for the month of May because of the higher residual. There was a post about lease payment being $8xx/mo for the convertible.

As far as dealer recommendation, Philippe Kahn @ South Bay BMW.

Dont want to make you feel bad but.........

I am acutely aware of much more favorable terms if you were to lease a convertible M3 today as opposed to your deal as described above. Im talking CONSIDERABLY cheaper. Nothing down, taxes in, payments around $1000 give or take $100 depending on your options. Im sorry.

European Delivery. You get to save lots of money on your car, and you have to go pick it up in Germany. Do a search, there's tons of info on these boards =)

Alex,

I can't speak for the dealership, buy my CA there really takes care of me...

I was able to get my M3 for $1000 over invoice, and I thought it's a fair deal on such a small volume car.

I purchased my 2011 E93 in early Feb and the lease rates and residuals were horrible. I glad to hear the residuals are better now, but I understand your situation. I was quoted a similar amount (ballpark anyway) with about 7% off sticker on a $83K car.

I can get them for $1,000 over invoice if not a little less for whoever wants one. I personally am getting bottom line invoice but that's me

I'm not a dealer but I've been buying cars from the same place for 15 years and they take care of my friends and family.

I just took care of my buddy who got into a brand new 2011 535i for $2k off MSRP - and that's an MSRP car - hottest BMW to buy right now.

Good luck OP, PM if you need help.

He got nailed with bad residuals, bad lease terms and a car at MSRP.
