Up for sale is my 2012 BMW M3 in Java Green w/ approximately 49.5K miles and some tasteful mods!

UPDATED PRICE: $42K

This car is more rare than the Lime Rock edition M3s out there. Only 11 of these exist in the States. I am the second owner of the car. Purchased it from BMW Encinitas with 41K miles about a year ago.

Original MSRP of this vehicle was over $85K and factory options included:

Java Green Paint and Matching interior stitching, Carbon Fiber Roof, Competition Package, Premium Package, Enhanced Audio, DCT Transmission, Heated Front Seats, Park distance control

Aftermarket Modifications include:

Ohlins Road and Track Suspension
ESS Performance Tune
Magnaflow Catback exhaust - very aggressive sound
Brand New Vorsteiner VFF 103 19" wheels wrapped in Hankooks with less than 1000 miles on them
Carbon Fiber splitters and spoiler
Vorshlag Adjustable Camber Plates
LUX Angel Eyes for white halos
IND Paint Matching Reflectors
IND Black Painted Rear M3 Logo

I do not have the original parts from the car, so I will not be parting anything out.

Known Issues:
While the vehicle was in for service last year at BMW Encinitas, they scratched the rear bumper and it was replaced by their body shop. One rock chip on the front of the hood. It appears that a door ding was repaired on the drivers side door from the look of the paint.

BMW Maintenance until 4/2017
No Accidents / Clean Carfax is Available

Only reason for sale is a Real Estate investment opportunity has presented itself and I need to free up some credit.
