I don't think you'll like the 95As. The NVH is truly substantial. While not DCT, in lasted for 2 or 3 days before dropping back to the 80s.

I ordered both 80A and 95A from Revshift.

Since I have DCT, can tolerate vibration, and it is not my daily, I want to give the 95A a try.

I looks like it is an easy job to replace with the 80A.

///Mobbin loved the 95A on the track, so I might be willing to tolerate the drive to and from.

Well, we anxiously await your feedback on DCT! Yup it take 20 mins to swap out. So there's no risk in trying.

I just had my OEM mounts (original set) replaced by EAS with the Turner 90A. I'm picking up the car tomorrow so I will post first impressions.

I just had my blown OEM motor mounts (64k mi) replaced with the Revshift green (95A) MM. Shifting is MUCH improved. I swear the clutch pedal engages more precisely (could be all in my mind). I do get significantly more noise, like a noisy drivetrain. I thought something was wrong when I picked it up but engine sounds healthy from outside. (These were replaced during a RB replacement.

I have revshift 80A transmission mount on my DCT car. Can't say I've noticed a difference in performance or handling that would be attributed to it.

I ordered the trans mounts from Revshift on the weekend and got confirmation. My PayPal got charged. Heard nothing from them.

Anyone ran into this issue?

I'd check your junk mail, just incase it was placed in there by accident instead of your inbox. If that doesn't turn up anything and you still don't have an order confirmation, then I'd give them a call.
In my case, I had an order confirmation the same day I placed my order with them, so something may have happened.

Saw these cheap PU motor mounts on AliExpress:
https://a.aliexpress.com/_mNbX2kB

They have PU transmission mounts too:
https://a.aliexpress.com/_mrxha2T

The motor mounts look similar to Revshift design with 85A PU. Revshift claims 80A is OEM feel and 95A is street/track, so this sits in between. The top plate looks tiny tho, so I think may be a good idea to use a couple E46 engine mount heat shields to protect them.

They're so cheap I may give them a try just for shits and giggles.

I'm in the same boat, still haven't received a shipping notice yet. Haven't tried calling, but I've never had issues getting in touch with them. I just figured they're busy. If I don't see a status update by Wednesday I'll call.

If you ordered transmission mounts, that is what's holding up your order. There was a production delay, and the new trans mounts will finish being produced by tomorrow.

Didn't catch what transmission you have but I think this is a good call, especially if DCT.

I'd personally reserve 95A transmission mounts for a car that is towed to/from the track.

So....
My Revshift 80a and 95a transmissions mount were delivered to ACM where my car is.

Tom mounted the 95A and reported it is only enjoyable for 5 minutes. Then it gets old real fast.

But I had to experienced it myself.

So drove to ACM and took the car for a test drive.

The 95A is unbearable. And this is from someone (me) that like vibration. The worse part is that it get worse with RPM. So you are not only suffering at idling. You are suffering more the more RPM. For a DCT car I don't see any benefit for this. Manual car perhaps a more crisp shifting is a benefit. So now we know. My 95A will be in the for sale section.

The 80A is another story.
First, you need to like vibration. A good indication would be the 95A motor mounts. If you like the motor mounts 95A vibration at 1500-2000 there is a chance you will like the 80A.

There is one significant difference between the trans mount and the motor mount. While the motor mounts vibration goes down with high RPM, Trans mount vibration go up with RPM

So the 80A vibration are not very noticeable below 4000 RPM, you do start to feel it at 5000 and above.

I like vibration and I like what I feel with the 80A.

This is unlike all the other mods I did: Motor mounts, solid subframe and diff, No rubber left in the suspension etc'. Everything so far did not introduce a significant NVH for me to care about.

The 80A introduce vibrations, and I like it.

There is no recommendation. Everyone has its own reaction to noise and vibration.

Yup - Right in line with the expectations of those that have also tried 95A.

80A is negligible for those with track oriented builds.
