3 malfunction light thrown today !!

I got 3 malfunction warning lights came up today !
It was DSC malfunction, Flat tire monitor malfunction and engine malfunction. Tried to restart my car and its gone. But it came back after few hours after. Not sure what happened but i think it could due to a small accident I had on 3 days ago. I was fully stopped on a red light and the car behind me hits me. His speed was about 15 km/hr. The damage was not serious, the rear bumper was dented and had some scratches. However I have these engine malfunction lights came up today. I am not sure if it is related to the accident since its a brand new car. I only have 5000km on it. Please help me guys. Thank you so much !

Yea, sure i will bring it to the dealer. They told me their service appointment are fully booked in the next two weeks. The earilest date they can check my car is May 9th. I am just wondering what kind of problem is that and what caused it. Since i am still gonna drive it for 2 more weeks before i give it to the dealer. I am just not sure if it is still ok or safe to drive everyday. Thank you.
