We definetly should get together. Several Z4 M Coupe owners (including myself) used to get together quite often. Results are always good

Woohoo! I've finally joined the ranks of the "Scheduled for Production" crowd. I called and the estimated completion date is 1/11. When I ordered the car the dealership estimated that they'd have the car by 1/15. I'm not sure how long it will take to ship but it's clear that 1/15 is wishful thinking at this point. I'm so freakin' excited!!!

I guess it will depend on certain factors but how long does it take to ship the car here? Min, max, average times?

I remember people saying that the bmwusa website is lagging the 1-800 number... In my case, they're pretty much the same. My car was scheduled to complete yesterday. And when I called the 1-800 number this morning, I was told my car is awaiting transportation. I just check the website, it says the same...

I emailed my CA and ask about shipping times etc. She said the boat spends ~30 days on the water... That is A LOT. I hope she is wrong...

That's a 30 day voyage before it's back in Germany. The east coast is somewhere around day 10 or 12 on the journey..........Phil

Does anyone know at which port the BMWs arrive? Do they come through more than one port? I would guess that they all would arrive on the east coast and them get transported by land throughout the rest of the country.

There 2 ports of entry, one for East coast and one for West. I don't know the one in East coast, but I think the one in West coast is in San Diego.

West coast is Oxnard I believe and the East is somewhere near Baltimore......Phil
