Which Chapman dealership?

If it's "on Camelback" try this. http://www.dealerrater.com/dealer/Ch...ck-review-380/

Chapman BMW does not have a dedicated body shop. Instead, they have a consolidated shop at Chapman Chevrolet in Tempe. The shop in Tempe performs the body shop work for most, if not all, Chapman dealerships in the Phoenix metro. My dealer, Chapman BMW in Chandler, also utilizes this shop. I didn't find any negative info on this shop on Ripoff Report. A link to the body shop is provided below.

One of the more highly regarded body shops in the Phoenix metro is Advanced Auto Body Inc. I don't have personal experience with them, but, they come well recommended. A link to the body shop is provided below.

Good luck!

You are incorrect. CHapman BMW's body shop is separate from the GM operation. I had major repairs there and toured the entire facility and they are operated separately as required by BMW. They do excellent work. I had 13k worth of repairs to my car and it looks perfect.

Go to Scott's Coach Works in North Phoenix. Best body shop I've encountered.
