Front plate sticker to cover holes

I had previously came across a thread which a member posted a comment regarding his/her country uses stickers for their front plates (looks like a Euro plate).

I am unable to locate the post now. I was considering ordering one to cover the 4 holes I have in my front bumper

Any ideas on locating a place to purchase one or the post?

Yes, I tried searching.

Thanks

You should only have 2 holes.

I have 4 because they screwed the plate screws in to far creating 2 extra ones. I think two plugs would look ok, 4 would be questionable.

Yea it does suck, 500 dollars to repaint bumper. I am trying to find a company or shop like the below (in the US) that can make me a Euro plate sticker.
