Whirring after traction control kicks in

After a little spirited drive I noticed a whirring sound coming from what seems like the front center area. It only happens after I get the tires loose with m mode,and with trac control on. And it goes away when I restart the car, anyone ever experience this?

That's a normal ABS sound, as far as I know.

Or power steering fluid slightly low.

Thank you, and yes my ps fluid was low, topped it off all is well now
