VIN Location

I did a search but did not find anything on this topic. The only two vins on the car I see is inside the driver door jam and on the dashboard on the driver's side.

Can someone confirm if there other places the VIN is indicated.

Open the hood and look around. It's stamped on most all the body panels.

I see another one under the hood by the windshield washer fluid but that's it.

I would expect to find some VINS on the doors and trunk but see nothing.

Do you have a VIN stamped on your doors and trunk?

I owned an 98 e36 M3 Sedan and had VINs all on my doors trunk and fenders.

Can someone please verify.

Thanks for your input. I find it real strange there are no VINS on the doors. In any case, if that's how they come then cool.
