wheel fitment
After saving a good bit of money from my last purchase I bought a set of AG Matte Black wheels for the M (summer is upon us in the DMV and I decided to have a little fun).
Since I am taking my stock 19" wheels off of my M I would like to put them on my wife's 335xi (2011). I bought the AG wheels fully mounted with tires and TPMS so no mounting and balancing will be necessary. Will there be any issues with the Xdrive? Will there be any wheel well issues? Will the TPMS from my 09 correlate with the TPMS readings for the 335?

Maybe, yes, and no.
Some AWD systems don't like to have different diameters from front to rear. If the overall diameters are the same, you are probably okay there. Your M3 stockers are too aggressive and will rub. You need narrower tires at the very least. No, 2009 TPMS will not work on 2011 cars. |
