HREs are not known for their concavity. If you really want concavity, DPE is better IMO.

I was looking at HREs that retail around $5200, but I wouldn't pay that amount obviously.

Tires will prly cost him $800-1000 if he wants cheap, or $1300-1500 if he wants better tires
