Depends how fat your head is, but I'd say so. You only really *need* an extra 6" or so of clearance to get to everything.
Car needs to be level though.

All you need is 2x6s to fit an oil container. I wait until nothing drips, then lift the car from the rear to reverse inclinations, and wait until nothing drips again. And yes, to check level properly car needs to be level, but that comes after pouring the initial 9L. Since I suck the oil filter housing dry, my car takes 9.5L to top off. Next time I won't have to top off anything . Oh, and remember there're 2 sumps man; need to drain both. Good luck.

These are on sale, but still pricey. http://www.amazon.com/Race-Ramps-RR-...9397921&sr=8-6
Some people will use a few plank's of wood stacked in front of Rhino ramps to get more clearance.

Let me get this straight... You are swapping out parts designed by some of the top engineers in the world because some guys sponsored by a company told you it's "better??" But when you ask the same guy about tracking, "oh no, I have a kid now" or "I just detailed my car." or "i just got new tires."
