Road America – 10/16/10 – Photos
Have some photos to share from my first track event with the M (and first time at Road America). Popped her cherry right at 3,100 miles. The event was hosted by Mark Pfeffer (MVP Track Time), who did a fantastic job of maximizing track time and keeping everything moving smoothly throughout the day. It was an unbelievable track and an awesome experience. I'll definitely be signing up for most of his events near Chicago next year.
I was running stock fluid and pads, which were pretty much cooked by the end of the day. I wanted to swap them out, but I couldn't find time in the end since I'm never available during the week and almost every shop is closed on weekends. 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. nice pics, can see mine in that taped up mustang shot. Road america is brutal on the brakes, had swapped out pads and upgraded fluid and still fried the brakes... awesome time, cya next year...
p.s. it was awesome passing the c63, he started off twice in front of me and had him after 3 turns both times... M3>C63... at the track at least
