I had this car listed earlier so I am re-listing it as the buyer has stopped e-mailing me back and I can only assume that the seller is not going to come through.

The M3 has 42,100 miles on it and has a clean title and still has the factory warranty until 50,000 miles. The reason for the low price is because it does have a airbag deployment on the Carfax history. The accident took place on March of 2012 prior to my purchase and was fully repaired by BMW. I was a bit nervous about the airbag deployment as all of our imaginations tend to run wild towards the worst possible scenario so I had the BMW dealership do a $200 pre-sale check on it and it checked out with no problems at all.
The car is in amazing condition inside and out and has brand new Michelin Pilot Super Sports (255 in front and 275 in rears). The combination of the 19" wheels and the H&R suspension makes the car sit perfectly and has made a huge improvement in handling. The car has never been tracked and always garaged!

I have replied to all PM's and I have responded to both questions from jblaze21 and Chinsterr via PM.
Palestine, I do not have any pictures of the damages as it happened 18 months before my ownership. I had BMW check it out inside and out very well before I purchased it and it checked out perfect. Absolutely, no problems except the accident report on Carfax.... this car would go for the low 40's if it was not for the accident so this is a great opportunity to own a M3 under factory warranty for a great price.

Thank you s2kroma, I am honestly surprised that nobody has wanted to see the car in person because it is honestly in such amazing condition. I have had a few offers, but nothing reasonably close to my asking price. Not to be biased, but whoever gets this car will be getting a great deal!!!

Nick, I purchased the M3 in June of 2013 and the accident took place March of 2011. I do not have any pictures of the accidents.
