To gain weight you just need to increase your calories per day, its tough and expensive, but honestly at the end of the day if your thin your pretty much always goin to be thin, just the way it is and its the cards your dealt.

Protein shakes twice a day would help bulk up. Once a day to stay fit and healthy.

Lifting and a lot of protein in your diet will get you swol.

Theriz, if you're on a budget just get a 335. Great fast car. Not everyone can ball.

M3 is in the budget just not quite yet i dont want a 500+ payment everymonth...

3 protein shakes a day.. plus eating 4 times a day should do it with in between protein bars.

i would disagree with Jimmy its just harder for skinny guys to gain weight.. but not impossible i have friends that have gained 25+ pounds with one round of P90x with out doing the cardio, but it all goes hand and hand.

Jamie i dont know how to rip you the cd's, but if you know how to ill let you do it.

1st day P90x Original

Chest and Back. Ab RipperX. chest and back was very hard the 2nd time around. AB is a KILLER. sooo hard.

How about I give you some of my weight? lol

I used to be very lean and built when I was 18 and in high school... then I got my first girlfriend and it just went downhill from there... each new girlfriend i gained about 15 lbs...

and now it's to a point where not only have i gained a crap load of weight... but I'm not as strong as I used to be.

I tried P90X.. but I can't follow something on TV... I just need to do my own thing at the gym.. I'm not good at following orders

just the oppisite the P90x is for bulking up. Insanity is for losing weight, its all cardio P90x is more of a slow pace burning your muscles down. check it out if you like at beachbody.com/p90x

ive been weight training for the past 6 months and have gained around 10 pounds and bench went from doing the bar to 155.

anyone know where i can get a beanie or something similar?

i looked on wal-mart and it seems my local store doesn't have anything

I'm going to be wearing a beanie, a scarf, and gloves. I don't want to be sick anymore.

I have a scarf and gloves but need a beanie/warm hat

and i don't want to spend more than like $5...

Target.com also doesn't list them for in store

where to go...?

Wait
, You are getting warm clothes to not get sick, when its almost summer? You also dont want to spend more than $5 on something that is going to keep you from feeling like absolute shit? Plus it has been proven that cold temperatures have nothing do to with contracting the common cold...

That being said. If you want a good beanie that will last a long time and keep your shit warm, go to REI and pick up a Northface beanie!

Done! but you will probably still get sick if you already do often!
