19" 345M wheels
I know, I know - wheels forum, right?
Ok, but I figured this could be a popular topic - *IF* these will work on the M3 (proper offset). So, this is a request for info. What wheels are these, you ask? These are the optional, smaller wheels on the brand new F10 M5. They look similar to the 18" M3 wheels, but hey are 19" instead. I want to know widths and offets, but haven't been able to come by the info. If you know either, please post. Thank you. |

Ok - so we went from one off topic forum to another.
This should actually be in the F10 M5 forum (if there is one?). I knew I was off topic to begin with, I was just aiming to get the most M related traffic on BimmerPost in hopes of actually getting an answer. As it is now, however, I don't think anyone who might know the answer is going to find it here. I'll check out M5b****.*** later and see if anyone over there knows. If I get the info, I'll post it back here. |

Thanks for the bump.
By the way, I did ask the same question on that other M5-specific forum and got no replies there either. So it seems no-one knows these details yet. Or if they do, they aren't sharing. Too bad this thread got doomed to obscurity - someone at M-Fest might have seen it and asked the man himself for the answer. |

Sorry if this is old news but...
Thanks to E90Fleet, we now have an answer! http://f10.5post.com/forums/showthre...8#post10288168 19" style 345M Front 9JX19 ET32 Rear 10JX19 ET34 And for comparison, here are the stock M3 220M specs: 19" Style 220M Front 8,5J ET29 Rear 9,5J ET23 So, the million dollar question, for you wheel experts, will the 345M work on an M3 with no rubbing, fender rolling etc, and if so, will it need a spacer to look right? |

Actually, it occurs to me that the 359M wheels from the GTS/ZCP offer an even better basis for comparison given that they are the same width as the 345M.
Style 359M Front: 19 x 9 inch, ET31 Rear: 19 x 10 inch, ET25 So, it looks like good news to me, no? 345M fronts are almost identical to the 359M, while the rear is actually tucked 9mm more. Seems like a 10mm spacer in back and they'd be good to go. |
