M Performance Seats Installed

My M3 is a 2012 US-spec, and the seats are being installed here in Germany at a BMW dealership. To complete the installation and get rid of the airbag light, I require a passenger seat occupancy sensor bypass. Anyone know who sells them? Specifically, the dealership said I had to find one suitable for an E92 LCI 3 series/M3...

My boys at Landstuhl Euler BMW are doing the work. Seats look spectacular in my otherwise Silver/Black Novillo leather interior, particularly with the full CF interior trim.

Next things to go are the silver leather centre armrests - Schwarz Novillo here I come!

BMW can not code it, but others can

Looks great. I would highly recommend proper remote race seat coding vs aftermarket modules/fiddling with wiring. We've done a ton of these remotely with 100% success rate

OEM seats are <65 lbs.
New seats with mounts are ~35 lbs I think.

Savings +/- 30 lbs per seat. Give or take.

You might be comparing the Sportster CS (sans airbags).

BMW Performance Seats still have airbags, only about a 15lb difference from OEM.
