i had a great time... Tao Beach was nuts last night. I left early though cause i had to get back here. Unfortunately some people like to judge a good time by one, dimly lit cell phone picture. Pretty retarded if you ask me. But that's just my opinion.

245 cars in the caravan according to the reports. AFAIK, two car accidents and three blown tires including Jamie as one victim.

I ran the drag strip friday night with a best time of 12.77@112mph. Real slow trap speeds. Stock M3s were trapping 97-99mph... Bolt-on M3s were trapping around 102-105mph. My buddy Drew (DLSJ5) ran his new ESS VT2-625 kit and ran a best 11.7 or 11.8@around 127mph. After analyzing his data on the vbox, we found there was an approximate 1 degree UPSLOPE at the end of the track. Basically at the end of the quarter we were climbing a hill resulting in slower times.

The track day on Saturday was good fun... We had TWO Lexus LFAs out on the track. My buddy Trung ran better in his bolt-ons M3 than some supercharged M3s on the track. Best lap time for him i believe was 2:08.

I didn't end up going to Lavo Friday night cause i wanted to rest for Saturday's track event. Congrats to my buddy constantin for winning best of show and Best E9xM3... my buddy JR from bakersfield won best 1 series and i accepted the award on his behalf cause i think he was shitting somewhere. hahahaha

what else... i only have a few videos but i don't really like them... maybe Jamie can put something together with the videos and my time slips.

stock or not you should come out... if you're an enthusiast (and it's obvious you are after talking with you a few times), then come out and have a good time. Maybe Jamie will have something to say about the weekend when he recovers. He lost his voice. hahaha.

I had a great time as it was my first Mfest. I went to Tao but didnt get there till 1130 pm and by that time it was really packed. I didn't track this year but did watch and will do it next year. Tested the V1 which was great...

yeah i believe it was his car... I believe the car got TOWED off the track for some reason? possible over-heating issues i'm guessing. But sorry, i don't know the specs of the wheels lol

New paddle shifters...

Just got an e90 328i Loaner; i don't like the shifters at all.
They don't come out far enough like on the M. and don't feel right vs the old style of shifters. They look nice though
