Lol, I did not know there are different types of kimchi.

Anyway, my favorite one (and the only one I have eaten) is the nappa cabbage

with lots of peppers. I am not Korean but I love me some kimchi, in fact, my mouth is watering for some kimchi right now.

Kimchi sondubu is awesome, kimchi jiigae with prok belly, spam and sausages are godlike, and as far as the kind of kimchi, I like kkak-du-gi.. put that shit in sullungtang and you got yourself an mouth organism
