I have been status 112 now since June 9th. My CA told me the car could build any day, but nothing yet. I do have the 19" wheels ordered.

Price of 19s

Tires through tire rack are around 1360.... I found a Original Set with 300 miles on e-bay. Jumped on them for about half of the price. My question is, since the 19 inch is a $1200 option at order time, why in the hell does it cost almost $5500 to purchase them afterwards?????? BMW you owe your loyal customers an answer.
The $1,200 option is the difference for an upgrade from 18s; not to buy the whole setup. You are paying an average $300 each additional for the larger forged wheels, vs cast, and larger tires. Not unreasonable. Nor is the $780 parts price unreasonable for a 19" forged wheel.

sorry to rub it in - took delivery a week ago. the 19's are awesome - the spokes are amazingly thin.

So, what's the status? Are you still set for week 27 or did it get pulled back in? We both ordered similar cars (JZB E93 M3) -- mine went into production about 10 days ago and is now sitting at the port of exit waiting for a ship. I could have her in a few weeks. I ordered the 19" wheels and M-DCT. Doesn't seem to have impacted my order in the slightest way.

Any update on yours?

I also have an order w/ 19". Placed the order the end of May. Was told week 25. a week or so later it slipped to week 26, but I'm happy to say production started on June 20th (i.e. end of week 25).

So I'm not sure how much truth there is to the 19" 'shortage'.

It appears the delays we were seeing between wk 23/24 were resolved. Many of the members with slipped start weeks went into production and it looks like a few wk 25 and later folks actually went into production early.

I'm still awaiting my week 27 build. Almost cancelled this weekend in favour of a B3, but thankfully pulled myself together in time.

I've been status 1200 for a few weeks now (presumably means the same as US Status 112), but have been told it should change any day now as it nears production.
