Welcome! Sweet looking ride! I too had a WRX...and now have a 2011 M3...she arrives by enclosed truck tomorrow! Unlike you I looked for quite some time...yeah I know...too picky...there are only so many unicorns to go around...
As for fun drives sounds great...how long will it take you to drive here to the Pacific NW?

I miss my Sti around the twisties. Was a fun car to throw around but above 60mph it has nothing on these cars. Even my 335i felt much quicker after 60. That awd saps that power.
