Poly bushings need to be serviced frequently with lubricant, or they will get noisy over time. Less servicing is required in the case of the sub-frame as not a ton of movement is present there compared to a sway bar, but those need lubrication as well. Polyurethane is not a service free item.

Minimal if any...most of the noise comes from the Diff Mounts and its only a slight whine. The biggest contributor to NVH are engine mounts and even then they are completely liveable with even with a DD (at least for me).
