Any Dyno Results Of 2009+ DCT Evosport Pulley
I was wondering if anyone has a stock versus Evosport pulley dyno run data from a 2009 6MT or DCT car with the new double sided belt setup. I would really like to see a 2009 6MT dyno. I would also like to see dynos of other companies new setup if possible. I would like to know if they made as much power as the 2008 6MT setup did. Also where exactly is the DCT pump located on the belts and how does the same pulley and belt work on a 6MT and a DCT?

This is just my 2 cents, but I'd stay away from Evosport. There are other great alternatives like Rogue, AA, etc. I think PG reported a gain of slightly under 10HP with the Evosport pulley; the dyno chart should be in his dyno database.

I have seen PencilGeeks and a couple other Evosport pulley dynos, but they are from 2008 6MTs. I am not interested in that. I have a theory that these pulleys aren't making power on 2009+ and DCT cars, and I would like to be proven wrong.

Too bad I didn't get a before and after dyno on mine. I guarantee that Rogue's pulley is making power, the difference is actually damn impressive.

Yeah I am thinking it might just be the Evosport one. I am compiling all the pulley information I can including pictures of all the pulleys, because I installed the Evosport on my 2009 6MT, and the pulley didn't look anything like every other picture I have seen.

There are currently 3 companies selling pullies for 2009 6MT and all DCT equipped cars. All three companies took different approaches to dealing with the change to a double sided belt. I will explain each approach as I understand it:
1) Evosport decided to leave the front of the pulley the same as the OEM pulley thus allowing use of the stock belt and not changing anything on that side of the engine so no worry about DCT issues. The downside is it doesn't underdrive the crank pulley nearly as much as the other 2 setups thus theoretically resulting in less horsepower gained. They are the only company where the pulley for newer cars and older cars is different. 2) Active Autowerke decided the best solution was just to find a supplier for a proper length double sided belt. This belt apparantly is somewhat proprietary to AA and thus could be difficult to find a replacement if it snaps (some have) without going back to AA to get a new belt. AA has apparantly corrected their original belt design/length so snapping belts should not be a worry anymore. They use the same pulley for newer and older cars. 3) Rogue Engineering decided the best solution was to redesign the way the pulleys are utilized on that side of the engine. This invovles swapping out an additional pulley to allow utilizing a non double sided belt just like the 2008 6MT cars. This belt can be easily sourced at any parts store should it snap or get damaged. They use the same pulley for newer and older cars. I have talked with representatives from all three companies this week, and I have gotten an insight from each. If I made any mistakes in my analysis please let me know.

Well, I am working with Evosport to find that out. I have e-mails from them claiming their pulley setup should still make as much HP as the rest. I also have dyno runs that do not show that.
