My ESS M3 with LP640, 599GTB, R8

I had a run last night with couple friends with LP640 599GTB and R8. Just wanna test whether ESS SC can compete with those supercars. The problem I had last night was my wheel kept spinning from 1st to 4th gear, it made me lost to LP and 599, but R8 could'nt even kept up. In 1st gear my ESS M3 managed to go up by half lenght, but after I shift to 2nd 3rd and 4th, my wheels just kept on spinning. (Too powerful ESS?

)Many people said I need more weight at rear or swap the tires. I used 20" LM-R and PS2 tires.
If I turn DSC off, will it eliminate the spinning? or should I swap to 19" stock rims with sport cup tires for next time?

Get some 295 AD08's or 305 RE-11 rears

your tires cant really spin with dsc on...very little then TC kicks in...if u have try mdm mode..will allow a little more wheels spin...but in either when u get wheel spin, TC bogs the car down... id say before someone says to run with dsc off, i doubt you are prepared for control the car when the tires break loose for real and no with dsc off it will not eliminate the spinning...it will spin much much more!...practice with it off somewhere safe...otherwise you might end up paying for one of those supercars! or end up in a ditch! and try a rolling start from low in 2nd gear..or go to 3rd, it is very hard to put 600 hp down in 1st gear.

And get some vids next time! would love to see some races against those cars!!!!

MDM on and WTF 20"? Rock the stock 18z for the best performance, with sticky tires, I guess the ps2z would do the job.
My stock clk550 wt the merc traction hack (traction 100% off) was burning out till the 4th gear shirt) hahahahhaaaaa ess sc for sure would no doubt!

Get some better tires, and make sure they are heat cycled. I'm running RE-11's, 285/35/19 and they hook nicely.

Nice job on the runs! The LP640 is going to be tough, but even a bolt on M3 can take the V8 R8. Get some tires and re-run, best of luck and stay safe!

I dont think you can really spin with DSC on? You are doing acceleration runs with DSC ??? WHY ???

MDM sucks all the power out too

I can tell you with either on you will not be going anywhere. If you're launching from first or from a roll be prepared to control the car once you take off.

So I tak it you were comparing the DSC bog down and power cut and application of rear brake as a Wheel spin correct?
