Why the big price difference between the 3.45 and 3.62 Dinan? Same housing, same seals, same shims, same carrier, same LSD, same bearings. Just a different ring gear and pinion gear. There is typically no difference in cost between various gear ratios when replacing R&P in other diffs.

After reading more about the 3.62, does the upgrade need a tranny flash to run properly?

good question!
do they use new r/p sets?
is the 3.62 a special material and/or shotpeened motorsports version?
the text says nothing about this!
also the picture shows a clutch-type lsd! is this included? if so, what setup?
if not, why do they use this pic?

and another question to the ones who got a 3.45/3.62 dinan diff: what diffcover did you get mointed to the new diff? the dct or the 6mt version? or just check the parts number which is printed on the cover.

What do you think of the diff now?

Does the car pull alot harder and do you this it would make much of a difference say racing from 2nd gear with a sc?
