I don't understand what the black guy was doing later. He jumps on car, so he's down. Though after the car was immobilized he just like leaves. Shouldn't he be pulling this kid outta the car?

I'm guessing he was temporarily injured after the crash, it appears he grabs the wheel and pulls, so he might of fell hard or flew into the tree.

I read that the car was a rental, and neither of them received anything lawfully but it was from a member on a forum that "knows" them.
