Missing tools!

Mine was missing some tools, I pissed and moaned a bit and the dealer set me up!

wheel locks are not standard factory equipment. so unless you bought wheel locks, there is no wheel lock lug included with the car.

The tools, one screw drive and two wrenches, are crap any way. You would be better off stopping by Sears and putting some good tools in the kit. BTW, it's a BMW, what do you need them for except looks?

I love BMW owners. The dealership didn't joy ride your car and put 5 miles on it before you picked it up, and the car doesn't come with every tool there is a spot for in the tool kit. If you are missing your tow hook then you can complain. I swear these are the threads that cause people to think we are all cocks.

OMG I just discovered the dealer STOLE my spare tire and jack!!!!!!! The dipstick too!!!! Bastuds!

At least they gave me the OEM flashlight and iPod case. (You did get those, Pete, didn't you?)

That's nonsense, I was only upset because my CA did not tell me about the tools and what is supposed to be included, so naturally when I see empty slots in my tool compartment I'm going to think there's something missing. And as for the miles it just seemed a little high to me, again they didn't explain all that to me. So I was just posting here to gain some insight, you can flame all you want and say I'm a dick BMW owner, but I just wanted to make sure they weren't f*cking me over because I've heard stories of that specific dealership stealing parts. So now I know for next time what to expect. Anyways, to each their own. Cheers
