ESS SC customer service

I have read good things about ESS but have sent them emails twice asking a few questions about my E92 and have not gotten any response back. It certainly gives me second thoughts of spending 15K with them. Are others having this same problem or is this just something they overlooked?

They're very busy...give it some time. Post sale support for me, directly through Roman, has been second to none. No complaints whatsoever.

Once you have the kit installed...you won't be having second thoughts!

You should call and not just rely on email. Some emails don't go through, some emails go to a spam folder and some just disappear. Calling is the best way to try to communicate.

I also see that Roman has already replied to your thread here, so you should be in contact very soon! Good luck with your S/C, you will not regret it!

Most likely your mail server is on our spam filters black list for some reason. If you do not get a response on email in 48H from us, please call us as we have not received the email.
