Rear Diff ratio question

Does anyone have any info on the "BMW" rear diffs that can be purchased on EBAY like this:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/BMW-M...item1e5bbc5f0b

How is this different from what DINAN is selling and why is it so much cheaper?

Any info/experience is appreciated!

Yes but you will get to keep your stock 3.85 ring and pinion set right? With Dinan don't you have to return the entire stock differential?
