Removing e93 window trim..

HOWWW? I've been staring at my trim for an hour and it doesn't look like it clips on. It looks like it's adhered to the black weatherstripping somehow? Has anyone removed trim from an e93 and can help with this? No, I'm not taking it to a body shop. Worst case scenerio, I'll just mask off the car and paint without taking it off. It's plastidip, after all.

I would absolutely not paint my trim with plastidip.

I've used it several times before and the finish is way too textured for trim.

Texture depends on how far away you hold the paint. I did my tail light bezels on my camaro and they turned out really textured and horrible, then someone told me how to actually do it. Smooth as any other paint.

I am very interested in changing my trim's color to black. Please post up a DIY as you get going, looking forward to following along.

I just cant find a way to get the trim off. I read on here somewhere that it's held on with clips and you just pull it, but I really dont want to break it..
