World Famous 2006 E46 M3 (5822 miles), AA + Vorsteiner + TK

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
None

Item Interest
Year: 2006
Make: BMW
Model: M3
Price: $69,500
Mileage: 5822
Color: Alpine White
Private or Dealer Listing: Private Listing
Location (State): NJ
Transmission: Manual
Drivetrain: Rear Wheel Drive

2006 M3 Coupe, completely re-done. The car was purchased new by the race car driver Tony Kannan, and the whole build was done by him. No money was spared in this build. Fully Vorsteiner carbon exterior (Front bumper, side skirts, hood, trunk, rear diffuser, front splitter, carbon front grills, carbon side grills) and Full authentic M3 CSL interior (carbon door panels, center counsel, carbon seats, steering wheel). Almost every single interior bit was covered with alcantara leather.

Fully built AA Turbo Charged engine, putting over 900whp on spray, 750whp on race gas, and over 550whp on 93 pump gas. Full Active Autowerks Exhaust. Active Autowerks only made a handful of turbo chargers for the E46 M3, and this is one of them.

The car is currently running on Bilstein PSS9 Coil overs, and HRE P40 wheels. Brembo BBK on all 4 corners.

Full sound system done on the car, with Alpine in dash display.

This is probably one of the lowest miles 2006 E46 M3 in the world fully built with no money spared. Over US$75,000 of modification was put into the car, and the original MSRP of the vehicle was around 60k.

This car was bought less than 2 years, and put less than 1000 miles on it. Had the intention to drive the car Daily, but the car was so beautiful that it ended up being a show car. It has and is currently being stored in a Climate controlled exotic car storage next to many italian exotics. The vehicle is currently wrapped in Matte Blue, and the wheels painted Satin Gold (every thing can be replaced to it's original state if requested).

Full documentation of the modifaction and receipts have been kept. Along with several magazine articles.

The asking price is US$69,500 or Best offer. Let me know if you're interested!

PRICE DROP: 60,000 OBO. Interested in 2010+ E92/E93 M3 in Trade, fully loaded, low miles, Tasteful Mods preferred.

More pictures to follow.

Definitely one of a kind, very special vehicle out that's done right.

Moving on to the next project. If anyone is interested in the car, please contact me. I want the car to go to a good home. Therefore, I'm willing to work with the buyer on price.

Definitely take that wrap off. You can see the white underneath it. Other than that, nice car.

It was a quick job for an event. I agree they could have done a better job with the wrap. I'm going to leave it for now, that way the new owner can decided whether they want to drive around Blue for couple days or bring it back to it's original color.

Completely understand where you guys are coming from. But I do have a lot into this car, and hardly put any miles on it. Probably the lowest mile M3 around...

But I am very open in terms of price. Shoot me offers of what you guys think the car is worth, and then we can go from there

Thank you for the comments guys

Beautiful car, so damn clean — but agreed ^^^ I'm thinking you could maybe get low-mid 40s pretty quickly. You gotta realize its older and you never get the money for mods back outta anything you sell.

I completely understand. But mid-low 40s wont do it... Maybe split the difference

I just want it to go to a good home. Much $$$ + Love went into the car. If a buyer that can and will appreciate the car comes up... I'm willing to negotiate!

how is the drivability of this car? Is it reliable? Is this car problematic due to all the modifications done? Is the engine built with beefed up internals? sleeved block? Have you ran it on the 900whp tune? Any 60-130 numbers?

To say the car drives like stock is lying, the car currently has 3 piece carbon disc racing clutch. So it's either engaged or non-engaged... other than that the car is very comfortable (more so than my GTR on stock suspension), no rattles, etc.

No problems at all on the car. It spends 98% of the time on 100 Octane gas with the 900 whp tune (only sprayed a had full of times, so it's really 750whp). But keep in mind, car only has 5900 miles... It's on 100 Oct even when driving around town because of what's left in the tank. I have never ran the car in pump gas after I owned it.

No data on the 60-130 time, but my but Dyno says this car is in the high 4 second, low 5 second range. It ran the Aventador from 50-150mph. By the time it hit 150, the Aventador was about 8 car lengths behind. LP560 Coupe with exhaust and a tune was round 10 car lengths behind the Aventador.
