Front PDC: Is there a definitive answer as to if retrofit is possible?

Do we know if the front PDC option can be retrofitted to work as originally intended in US-spec cars yet? After reading through the various threads I know that people certainly think it is possible; but has anybody actually done it? I'd really like to have this feature in addition to the euro-front bumper.
