do these wheels have a more aggressive offset? i assume they sit wider on the car...

Yes. The inside/backside of the wheels can confirm that they are from BMW.

This is from my 2010 so TPMS will work with 2010 at least. If you're interested in wheels only, I will keep the tires and TPMS. PM me for details please.

When you say more aggressive, are you referring to the ZCP (silver) ones? If so then no. However to get them to sit flush, I also have a set of spacers I can throw in for you.
