JLEVISW clear front bumper reflectors

Does anyone have any experience with these reflectors?

I am considering buying a pair, but I recall hearing somewhere that the fit may not be optimal.

1 for going with IND. They paint the OEM reflectors so you know the fit will be perfect.

I originally bought a set from a different vendor and the paint work was shoddy and fitment was crap. In the trash those went as I won't even want to sell it to another owner.

IND is the best!!!

Please don't ask me who the "other" vendor is and it's not JLevisW referenced in earlier posts. Just know IND is the best for this particular item.

I don't really want the painted reflectors. I did not see clear reflectors on IND's site. Are they available form a source other than Jlevi?

DO NOT get the clear reflectors from any vendor. I got the DEPO clears and they turned yellow within a year. I have not heard a long term positive review from any vendor! Get the smoked or color matched. Search clear reflectors and you will find my thread....

We carry the DEPO clear front reflectors and they are okay fit, not 100% but pretty good for aftermarket. If you are after a better fit, I recommend the painted reflectors.

I am sorry to hear fruitcake had such problems ordering with us but we are an active and supporting vendor of this forum and do our absolute best to make sure everyone is taken care of. We strongly encourage people to contact us with any product related or order problems, we are here to make it right.

Nick this was no criticism towards you. I had the DEPO clears and on AW the yellowing was quite obvious. On any other color it might be ok.

No offense taken at all, I personally haven't seen the yellowing issue but imagine it would be a problem given the contrast to alpine. Anyways, DEPO is typically a reliable brand of aftermarket products but alas, they are aftermarket and imperfections are to be expected with some of their line.

I have the clear reflectors from JLevi and really liked them at first. The only problem is they fog up every time it rains or when I get my car washed.

My car is jerez black. I was thinking of doing the clear, but may now be leaning toward the smoked. This should eliminate the yellowing issue.

I also have JB with clear. They do fog up a little and are slightly yellowing. Will be switching to JB reflectors this summer...

My clears didn't yellow but they were not sealed, either, so they collected water. I just replaced with them with IND color matched, though the color isn't actually a perfect match. Too many variations in AW paint. Had an AW 550i before and had trouble getting a paint match on that, too.

I have them on the M and got them from Jlevi. The fit is just fine and I am not quite sure why Jlevi is being bashed. I've always had positive experience w/ them.

Here is what they look like on AW

Do the painted reflectors continue to have reflective properties, or are they just intended to delete the reflector?

Our painted reflectors do not have any reflection, they are just like body color and designed to blend in with the rest of the bumper. I imagine you could do a light spray over OE reflectors to keep some of the reflection but I am not sure if that will do a good job at blending in.

Thank you guys for the support!

Thanks for the response. Now I need to decide between the clear or the smoked. These will be going on a jerez black vert.

I personally prefer the clear, IMO it's a cleaner look. If you are doing the blackout theme on the car, then the smoked will work well.
