With that said, if you must have a forged wheel, Volk Racing would be the way to go. Otherwise, our wheels have withstood much abuse at the race track over the years for a fraction of the cost and nearly as light.
Thanks. I was hoping they were made the same way, but a few people have said they were made a different way to save cost and that's why they're cheaper than the regular TE37's.

I'm told some of the cost savings came from the paint and finishing process used. The build process and material of the wheel is the same aside from the addtional material taken out, and less machining time required to allow for center caps.

If I was in the market for wheels and didn't wanna drop $$ on the Volks, I'd go with yours just cos of this statement. Hate it when companies bitch on other companies for no reason.

ARC-8 all the way! Low cost, durable, lightweight, look great, optimum widths and offsets for our cars, easy to get replacements and clears Stoptechs.

I run 10" front and 10.5 rear with 275/35 and 285/35. I couldn't be happier even if I spent twice the money!

I have Advans, SE's & ARC8's. I use ARC8's for the track in good weather. The other's are too costly to replace....for me.

I am absolutely thrilled with my APEX EC7s ... they look mean and aggressive and are strong, light and durable for the track...

I'd go with the ARC8 and spend the savings on something else to make your car go faster. I run them in 18 x 9.5/10.5 on my E90M3 and 17 x 9 on my E36M3.

nt05s... good mix for winter, street and track... might switch to nt01s in summer for heavier track use

EC7 are actually a little heavier. They said they're a little stronger too.
I think they look cooler, but for a track whee. the ARC8 is great because it's so easy to get to the bolts.
