Exhaust delete aka mustang on steroids

Hi all,
The title says it all, so I decided to experiment and do a muffler delete to my 09 e93 m3, The logic behind it was if I liked it great, if I didn't then it was only $150 bucks, let me tell you, wayyyyyyyy to loud and alot of drone sound so basically deleted all 4 resonators and the muffler, 2 1/2in pipes into the factory tips, looks great, sounds amazing but way to loud, I'm bound to get a ticket real quick, also noticed a substantial loss of power, so exhaust delete is a FAIL , looks like I'm in the market for an exhaust sooner than expected

I bought my car with the muffler delete on it. I actually love it. Still looking for a muffler, but each time i get close to buying one, i think...i love the sound too much to give it up
eventually i'm sure i'll give in though

I did it on mine after 2 exhausts systems I didn't like and it's by far the best sound but I only deleted the mufflers,it's worth it if you don't car about performance loss, you can also weld in some magnapacks, you should've left the stock resonator on tho

Surprisingly though, E39 M5 with muffler delete sounds the business! S65... not so much.

This isn't a turbo brosef, you need back pressure and the correct exhaust pulses to keep exhaust flowing

Do it! I just got Dinan muffler and test pipes. The sound is to die for. Better than akrapovic in my opinion.
