is it normal?
when i first start the car, it sounds really rough like it's not getting oil, maybe the oil pump is not pushing it through fast enough. Then about 30sec to a min. or so, it sounds smooth.
also, my annuel oil change, inspection, change of break fluid is due. I'm dreading to take my car to the dealer. I have after market rims on it now, should i install my OEMs back on before taking it to the dealer? I heard some stories about dealer scatching up the rims while service is being perform. what do you guys use on the rubber sealents around doors and conv. any ideas? |

Normal rough engine on startup.
I wouldn't worry about putting OEM rims back on. Just do a walk around with the SA before they get the car and note any blemishes. If they come back after with curb rash make 'em pay for it. Try gummi-pfledge for the rubber.

The rough idle is normal.... just runs rich from what I was told. As far as the other stuff, your call.... how much are your rims worth to you???
