Do not reply. Ignore all communications. Only react IF you get official papers served to you. The whole thing looks like scare tactics.

Another thing you could do if you have a friend that is a lawyer, have him review everything and send a letter on your behalf to stop this harrassment or file a formal suit in which case to contact your lawyer directly. This should calm things down.

Anybody that is a lawyer on this board that could help our buddy Tyler in here please chime in. He helps this community and I hate seeing this happening to him.

I WOULD NOT respond ever again, unless you get some legit papers.

He is trying to compile some sort of paper trail to use against you in his sorry ass attempt to get at you. He has NO CASE!!! And is trying to create some sort of angle against you.

unfortunately no lawyer would probably feel comfortable in giving free legal advice over the internet on a forum...

but as others have been saying i wouldn't get your panties into knots over this. no need to respond until/if you get served with papers. then you can countersue. just keep all your records in a safe place.

and if this escalates to anything...then i'm sure one of the lawyers on this forum will have tyler's back. s'all good.
