Standard contract for leaving a deposit?

Even if you do have a contract, assume you pay $5,000 deposit, he takes the money and run. In order to recover your $5,000, you need to hire a lawyer, go to court, file a claim, engage investigative services to locate the guy, and then you have to go through a law suit.

After that, you would have easily spent over $5,000 in legal fees and court costs, assuming you even find the person. So even if you have a fully executed contract, it will probably cost you more to enforce it.

Just use some simple common sense.

This guy is so ridiculous - either he is the worlds best troll or just plan clueless.

That would be awesome if he was just trolling, I would respect him a lot for that.

hey, on top of the idea of the $500 dollars, you have access to M3 owners all over the world. If you tell us where the car is located, I am sure one of us would be more than happy to act as your representative and go see it in person and see the owner too. I wouldn't wire any money without seeing it. Plus, if you go see it, no need to wire anything. you can just pay for it and take it with you??

COME ON GUYS!!! I have seen post from the OP (FONGPI) before, most of his post are nonsense... He is trolling. I have never known some to lack common sense like this guy.
