OMG thats crazy, that dude is hauling ass on those narrow roads, yes it doesn't appear to be closed! Also, whats is he listening to?

You are right...It is not close....And it is narrow,isn't it?

But this is my opinion. In the Forum were I sew the link, they say that the road was close..
