Where to buy Springs Suplex 06373 & 06342 ?

Hello,

in new owner section there is that original springs are:
BMW E9X M3 rear springs (non-ZCP) - Suplex 06342
BMW E9X M3 front springs (non-ZCP) - Suplex 06373

But is it possible to buy them? I can not find any shop to have them in stock actually.

I'm looking for factory look. What should I buy? My car has H&R from previous owner but I would rather original look (see screenshot)

Yes, I saw these shops, they all look the same and they all are in UK. Are they real shops?

I have a feeling that I'm missing something. The market is super small compared to other parts. Where do you guys buy springs if you want factory look?
