Need help! Front left camber stuck at -2, OEM suspension

Hi guys, I reinstall the stock suspension (2011 zcp edc) yesterday. And after two alignments, my front left wheel has a negative camber at -2, and my front right wheel was perfectly fine.
My front caster and toa are all in the right spec (OEM spec), I attached a photo of the alignment results.

Does that mean I have a bent suspension component?
BTW I had both alignment shops try to adjust the camber using the top pins. they successfully managed to increase the front right camper from -1.2 to -1.4. But the front left suspension won't change, just stuck at -2 degrees.

Does anyone have the same issue with OEM suspension?

I had that same issue after installing springs then going back to stock. Ended up going to coilovers to dial in the specs and height.

Thanks for your reply, so you also had one wheel that is out of alignment?
once you put back coilovers then the problem is fixed?
Which coilover you have?

My left front was at -1.9 and the right -1.2. Installed ST XTA coilovers and dialed in both sides.
