Just following up, shop found two loose sway bar end link nuts, front and rear, one I remember loosening thinking I was going to disconnect the rear sways then not needing too, doh. The other I don't remember loosening but maybe I just didn't tighten it properly, I did disconnect it when I did the front springs and have been to the track since. Sooo, I have less clunks now but still hear some noises when going up/down ramps entering/exiting my work parking garage, that said my car does have many upgraded mounts/bushings so maybe some NVH added from those parts. Plan to take another look myself and verify the lower rear damper bushing spacers are in place as well.

Well well, looks like I have created my own issues and must also fix them, within 30 seconds of having the car in the air I found another rear end link bolt loose!! So glad to find it, but a little disappointed in myself for rushing that spring swap and also in my shop for not finding everything, simple pull on the sway bar was all it took to hear the clank.
Regardless, glad to have this one sorted! Posting my mistakes for the benefit of others.

Currently chasing a clunk with my road and track. I have recently installed new upper shock mounts, powerflex black (race) 10mm and all new rear arms including sway bar end links. Everything was fine until I had a high speed spin on track. Since then I've been chasing a clunk. Some good info here. Thanks, I think I'll try and revert back to stock upper mounts or atleast pull them to check.
