well form day one before i got my kit i talked to the dealership and ask them what they think about me going with the 650kit even with the millage i had on the car due to fact it was a bit high. They told me would be safer if i went with the 625kit instead but i didn't want that lol, and of course everyone talks about rod bearings on here. yes it was a risk i was willing to take but i promised my self once i get the kit on just be easy have fun enjoy the car, then over winter i would change it before summer comes back. i didn't wanna be that guy that lost a motor due to rod bearings. And has you can see I'm one lucky guy right now lol. nope didn't notice any symptoms at all car was running great 2013 april right till november 2013, i DD my car so i keep a every close eye on everything always better safe then sorry right

OK thanks, I don't plan to do it now because I still have 2 year warranty left. But it's good to know where to go when I need to get my replaced.

Wow J, that is a nasty looking bearing. Great that you caught it in time! See you at Eurocharged today.

Number 3 bearing looks bad with that chunk missing, but the others look like they could go on like that for many more miles. We just don't know.

The bad thing is there are no symptoms of a bad bearing until you hear a knock. Then its too late...a bearing or a couple are probably spun. As long as you don't wad up the crank and shoot rods out the side of the block...its mostly repairable. Although a rod or couple will likely be shot.
