And I'm not saying that because this one is missing the plate on the front. Anybody would know that. I'm saying it because you said that your car has the COLD WEATHER PACKAGE on it and if it does, then this one is missing the headlight washers that come with it. But,if you look on the pictures that you put on craigslist, that one has them. So,the conclusion is that either this is not the same car or you changed the front bumper. WHICH ONE IS IT? Also, you listed the car for 48K yesterday, one hour later it was 49K and now it's 52K!!! THAT'S NOT HOW YOU DO BUSINESS!!! Good luck! |

The first two larger pictures are not actual photos but same model and color. Serious buyers are welcome to come for a test drive (in the passenger seat) and up close and personal inspection. I only posted those photos to give a better idea since I don't have a high res camera.
I also posted on craigslist with an original price of 46k as a feeler. After getting such a huge response and seeing other people selling similar cars for more I felt it was under valued at 48k. |

I agree, those rapid price changes you make publicly does not put a good impression on the seller (just my opinion as a potential buyer)
You should have done research gauged whether or not a high price drop vs faster potential to sell the car is worth it. To me seeing a seller do that makes the whole thing shady, who knows, the day of sale i walk in and i get the impression you'll throw in a new changed price or something. You just lost a good potential buyer here from me. Pleae disregard my craigslist response to you. Sam |

Sorry to disappoint you Sam. However I am not in such a rush to sell my car that I will let it go at a "Steal" price.
I did originally list this car for very low price (46k) due to the fact it was appraised by a BMW dealership for 45K trade in value. Which we all know dealership's will low ball you as much as possible. So if I did decide to go a trade in route I would save money on taxes and the sale price would be equal to 45k plus 4-6k saving on sales tax. However I am not looking for a trade in but a cash sale. I am not shady and welcome you and the 20 other people who contacted me to come check out the car and negotiate in person. I will be available this weekend and next. |

That's your own fault, then. Expect some blowback and increased difficulty with the sale, because your credibility has taken a shot.
