M3 Launch?

Hey Everybody,

I found this video on Youtube, and I thought I would share it with you.

The title claims it is the e92 M3 launching, but I really doubt it. First of all, it states the gears and shift times: SMG style on the dash. And second, I would be surprised if the speedometer jumped around the way it does, if this was a manual car. And yet, from what I hear, it could sound like the new M3.
I just thought I would share anyways.

Best regards,

CSL

dont' think its an M3. seeing the display, it could be an M5 with SMG. also, no way that is legit. maybe he's on ice or slippery pavement and is playing tricks on the speed-o.

Watching the speedometer in the video in comparison to the video time, it looks like it took around 4 seconds to get up to speed, 11 seconds up to around 16.

Although, I agree the method in which it did it was quite peculiar. It also did not sound like a M3 in any way to me. So I vote M5.

Not an M3, that's for sure.

No.

It's clearly an M5/M6. It has SMG for a start. As has been said already in this thread.
