need help with pricing

test drove 11 e90 M3 with 13K miles. Dealer asking $55K also trade in my 12 135i M sport 4200 miles (trade value 36K)
A73 jerez black metallic
Black novillio leather with carbon fiber trim
Convenience package
Premium package 2
DCT
19" 220 wheels new tires
Moonroof
Sunshade
Fold down rear seat
Heat front seat
What do you guy think i should offer. I got the 135i at the end of Feb sticker almost 46K.

How much did you really pay for the 135? I know you said sticker 46k... Let's say you paid 40k and they offer you 36, that is pretty good. And depending on where you register the car, the trade-in also lowers your total tax amount.


I have no idea what the pricing is for the sedans. I know for the coupe, a good price with that mileage and options for a 2011 is roughly high 50s to low 60s.
