WTB: 245/40/R18 Blizzaks or X-ICE with wheels (Chicago, IL or Cincinnati, OH)

Hello, I'm looking to buy a set of good winter tires for my E90 M3. Right now I'm mainly interested in Bridgestone Blizzaks or Michelin X-ice xi3.

Tires need to be mounted on wheels because I do not have an extra set of wheels.

I'm in Cincinnati area until November 22nd, and will be in Chicago, IL November 23rd-27th.

I'm willing to consider buying the tires/wheels from someone who can ship as well.

The tires should have at least 7 or 8/32 tire depth and be somewhat recent. If someone needs to get rid of a set of winter tires on 19 inch rims, I'll pay a little more for those
