DCT wear and tear?
Hi all,
I am getting my 1200mi service today, can't wait to get my car back. I reminded the SA about the transmission fluid and he said..."don't worry with big eyes...WE KNOW". My curiousity is, why don't we need to change the fluid? I know the GT-R must be changed and I think 911 PDK too. Some secret formula going on here by BMW? I leaning towards changing it myself at 40-50K miles just in case unless someone has good knowledge why it is truly a lifetime system for the fluid and clutches. thx |
