This is 3M brand @ 35% on the sides and rear. It's not as dark looking out as it appears looking in from this picture. Nothing on the windshield although several of my friends have 45% on their windshields and it's barely noticeable.

If you ever plan on tracking, don't tint. Most clubs have rules about tinting (BMW CCA does) and you may not get through tech with tint depending on how dark it is.

Tinting can look great but my problem with it as a pedestrian/other driver is, I can't tell what the driver of the car is doing. This frightful for many situations.

IMHO.. ALL CARS NEED TINT! The only exception IMO are track cars.
Cars without tint just look too stock and the people driving them look like they are sitting in fish bowls.. lol

I've been debating the same thing... tint or no tint.
Still on the fence.

@ one-77... I just ordered the same MW on black. Won't have mine for a couple months so if you decide to go with tint post a couple pics if you could. I'm definitely on the fence. If i do tint it would be light tint. its really a matter of preference though. now, Powder coating the rims is a no brainer IMO. Love the look of that from the pics I have found online.

New cars seem to need more washing or maybe it's just me.

Try living in the desert without it? I've got the legal %. I cannot take the bright light here, I suffer from migraines. So I wouldn't have a car without it. And I think it does look better with.
